Last updated: January 2025. By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms.
THETRIPFINDERS LTD is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is at 37 Brick Lane, Northolt, England, UB5 6GS. We trade as TheTripFinders.
By completing a booking with TheTripFinders, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the authority to make the booking on behalf of all passengers, and that all passengers have agreed to these terms and conditions.
A booking is confirmed only when full payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued by us. Verbal confirmations are not binding.
All prices quoted include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to availability and may change between quotation and booking. We cannot guarantee prices quoted verbally or in correspondence until a booking confirmation has been issued.
We reserve the right to pass on any government-imposed tax increases that arise after booking but before departure. Our website prices are updated in real-time, but due to the nature of dynamic flight pricing, rates may change within seconds. A price is only confirmed once full payment has been received and we have issued your booking confirmation. We will notify you immediately if pricing changes significantly before payment is finalised, and you have the option to accept the new price or cancel without penalty.
Deposits & Payment Terms: A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid according to the terms outlined in your booking confirmation, typically 30 days before departure or as required by the airline.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold a valid passport and any required visas or health documentation. TheTripFinders accepts no liability for costs or losses arising from your failure to carry valid travel documents. Requirements may vary by destination and nationality — we recommend checking with the relevant embassy or consulate.
We strongly recommend that all passengers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability. TheTripFinders is not responsible for costs that would be covered by adequate travel insurance. Travel insurance is essential and protects you against unforeseen circumstances including:
We can recommend comprehensive travel insurance policies from reputable UK providers. Without adequate insurance, you assume significant financial risk.
If you wish to change any aspect of your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability, airline policies, and may incur additional fees. Some fares do not permit changes under any circumstances.
Change Policies: Different airlines and fare types have different rules regarding changes:
Changes requested within 24 hours of the booking are sometimes permitted without penalty, depending on the airline. Contact us immediately for changes — the sooner we know, the better options we may be able to secure.
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations and refunds.
Airlines are responsible for the safe carriage of passengers. TheTripFinders acts as an agent and is not responsible for any acts or omissions by airlines, including delays, cancellations, baggage loss, or service failures. Your recourse for such issues is directly with the airline.
EU Regulation 261/2004: For flights departing from EU/UK airports or arriving in the EU/UK on an EU/UK airline, you may be entitled to compensation for delays of 3+ hours (€250–€600 depending on distance). Compensation is NOT due if the delay was caused by extraordinary circumstances (severe weather, security risks, etc.). TheTripFinders can provide guidance and support in claiming compensation, but the airline is the responsible party for paying compensation.
Baggage Claims: Airlines have liability limits for lost, damaged or delayed baggage. If your baggage is lost, you must declare it to the airline before leaving the airport and file a claim within strict timeframes (typically 7–14 days). TheTripFinders can assist with documentation, but claims must be filed with the airline directly.
TheTripFinders' liability for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the total price paid for that booking. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including but not limited to lost profits, missed connections, or loss of enjoyment.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We handle your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. By making a booking you consent to us processing your data as necessary to fulfil your booking, including sharing data with airlines and other travel suppliers.
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us in writing with full details. We will respond within 14 days and work to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach agreement, disputes will be governed by English law and resolved according to the procedures outlined in Section 11 below.
